Canceling an Order
We do except order cancelations within one half hour of purchase. After that, we do not, due to orders possibly being packed and/or shipped already.
To cancel an order within one half our of ordering, e-mail you name, e-mail address used for purchase and order number to: DustySageBoutique@gmail.com
Here at Dusty Sage Boutique, we want you to have clothing and accessories that you fit and love. If you don’t love it, return it within thirty days of the delivery date (delivery date determined by the “delivered” scan on the tracking number).
All returns will be refunded via store credit or gift card. No cash will be refunded.
To return item(s), circle item(s) on packing slip that you are returning (or reprint your receipt if you no longer have the packing slip). Include that slip with your returned item(s).
Item must be unwashed, unsoiled, unworn. If there were tags on the item, they must be included and intact. Items damaged on their way to being returned due to poor packaging may not be refunded. Refunds are solely based on Dusty Sage Boutique discretion.
Customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping on returned items. Cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
Return the items to the return address on your packing slip (it is the same return address on the original package you received). Or contact us for the address.
